Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited is seeking a Territory Partner in Cardiff to own client relationships, drive performance and help transform healthcare delivery.

You will manage a dedicated portfolio of healthcare clients with two days per week in the Cardiff hub, build trusted partnerships, coordinate workforce solutions, and connect healthcare professionals with opportunities to improve care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare organisations across your territory.
Be the first point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and responsive support.
Understanding each client's workforce challenges, priorities and future plans.
Build confidence through consistent delivery and exceptional service.
Planning and coordinating workforce solutions that meet client demand.
Improving fill rates, workforce utilisation and service performance.
Identifying opportunities to strengthen client retention and grow your territory.
Using CRM systems, performance data and business insights to make informed decisions.
Working collaboratively with internal specialist teams to achieve the best outcomes.
Resolving service challenges quickly and professionally.
Matching healthcare professionals with opportunities that align with their skills, experience and availability.
