  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with ophthalmologists, surgeons, clinic staff, and procurement teams
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Provide clinical training and ongoing support to healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with colleagues in sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven medical device sales professional who thrives in competitive environments and has the ability to influence senior clinical stakeholders.
  • 3-5 years' experience in medical device sales
