Territory Manager North UK

Based : Remote

Salary : Up to £55,000 (some potential flex for the perfect person), £20,000 bonus (uncapped), company car

CSG are proudly partnering a fantastic SME Medtech company in growth mode, boasting a amazing collaborative culture and are extremely well managed and led from the top down. Due to their urge to continue the great current trajectory they are currently on, we are now looking for a new business focused Territory Manager to drive our business in the North UK who also has very good account management and retention capabilities.

There is a huge opportunity nationally, the market they operate in is very niche with a small amount of serious players and direct competitors within it. This company boast the best solutions and customer service offering, their competitors are showing huge signs of weakness and with the right hire there is a big opportunity to substantially grow market share and become the genuine market share leader in the area and nationally. The targets and expectations are a nice blend between the right challenge and very achievable with the right approach, in fact the right hire should be looking at this as an opportunity to smash through the OTE and earn more!

Though we are open to anyone based in the North with solid sales experience into the NHS from a consumables, devices or capital equipment market this could be a great opportunity for someone from medical consumables or devices wanting to make that first leap into a more capital solution sell. It is a capital solution / system selling role, but given the equipment itself is not hugely complex that experience selling and ability to manoeuvre through the NHS is what is key as well as the need for someone who is new business focused and hungry to get out there!

Key requirements :
  • Prior sales experience selling medical consumables, devices or equipment into the NHS is essential
  • A clinical or biomedical profile prior to medical sales is a plus but isn't essential
  • A new business hunter is key, someone who can successfully map out a territory and the right decision makers within the hospital and / or hospital groups and has the ability and tenacity to connect with these people. Key stakeholders includes but are not limited to Clinical Departmental Leads, Biomedical Departmental Leads and Procurement
  • Account management, customer service and retention of accounts is naturally key so we also need someone who has solid account management experience
  • Happy to be out in the field visiting customers 3-4 days a week
