Job summary

Avidity, through its Zing unit, is recruiting a Territory Manager to oversee a Warrington-based FMCG grocery territory. You will build relationships with store decision-makers, negotiate displays and drive distribution and availability for leading brands.

This fixed-term, full-time role runs Monday to Friday with no weekend work, offering up to £29,000 p.a. pro-rated plus a 10% KPI bonus and a £300 retention bonus, plus a company car and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or similar role.
• Strong communications skills.
• Excellent time management and territory planning ability.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no bans).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with store managers and key decision makers.

WhatYou’llBe Doing

As a Territory Manager,you’llmanage your own territory, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and a friendly, supportive field team.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing a FMCG grocery territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision makers
• Negotiating additional displays and promotional activity
• Driving distribution, availability and compliance across agreed product ranges
• drive sales based on a solid selling story around our brands and category.

WhatWe’reLooking For

You’llneed:

• Experience working in field sales or similar role
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent time management and territory planning ability
• Be self-motivated and results-driven
• A full UK Driving License (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)

Nice to Have:

• Merchandising or POS executive experience
• Direct selling skills
