Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover North Devon & Exeter, promoting Red Bull in grocery channels. This permanent, field-based position includes a company vehicle and bonus potential, with ownership of your patch and increased in-store visibility.

You will build relationships with in-store decision makers, influence range and displays, and use data to prioritise high-value stores while reporting activity. A UK driving licence and resilience are essential.

Qualifications

• Ownership of territory and drive sales.
• Ability to engage and influence in-store staff and managers.
• Comfort with face-to-face selling and reporting activity.

Responsibilities

• Owning relationships with key in-store decision makers
• Influencing range, availability and promotional execution including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space
• Executing high-impact merchandising and brand activations
• Using data and insight to prioritise high-value stores
• Spotting gaps, fixing issues, and maximising every visit
• Reporting activity accurately and feeding back market insight
