The Portfolio Group is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join their high-performance sales team. This field-based, UK-wide role offers a £60K guaranteed minimum (£30K base + £30K top-up) plus a realistic OTE of £155K+, with uncapped commissions and generous incentives.

You will use a consultative, value-based approach to win new business, manage relationships with business owners and HR professionals, and consistently exceed quarterly targets across the UK.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years' B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Strong experience in self-generated lead development and relationship building.
• Confidence in presenting to business owners, HR professionals, and senior decision-makers.
