Job Description

This role combines strategic account management with hands-on business development across a large territory.

  • Manage and grow relationships with IVF clinics across Wales, Midlands and Ireland
  • Drive new business within existing accounts, focusing on increasing share of wallet
  • Promote a full portfolio of IVF solutions, including consumables, culture media, and capital equipment
  • Develop account plans and execute strategies to nurture priority accounts
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders—lab managers, embryologists, clinic owners, consultants, and nurses
  • Work closely with internal scientific and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, particularly in high-growth regions like Ireland
  • Represent the business at educational events and networking opportunities
  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management
The Successful Applicant

A commercially driven account manager with strong scientific credibility and experience in healthcare or life sciences.

  • Proven track record in medical or scientific sales, ideally within fertility or related sectors.
  • Bio-science or medical-related degree preferred
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence clinical decision-makers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities
