Job summary

Randstad Education is supporting a dedicated SEN school in Lingfield seeking a flexible worker with care, social care, or education experience. The role runs term-time only with a 12-week probation before possible permanent conversion.

Work days are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM, with a real work-life balance as school holidays are free to travel or rest. The position starts in September, with a competitive daily rate of £89-£98.

Qualifications

• Background in care, social care, or education required.
• Solid understanding of autism spectrum.
• Willingness to support pupils aged 5-16 with personal care.
• Full driving licence and access to a car (rural campus location).
• Enhanced DBS via Update Service or willing to apply.
• Applicants must have UK work rights (no sponsorship).
