Term-Time Soft FM Facilities Operative – Morning Shift

Job summary

A local government authority is recruiting Facilities Operatives to provide a high-quality Soft Facilities Management service in schools across Renfrewshire. The role involves responsibilities such as building cleaning, catering, and security, requiring effective communication skills and a flexible approach to work. Candidates should hold a REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate or be willing to obtain one. This is a term-time position for 15 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 10:00.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have experience in a customer-focused environment.
• It is desirable to have previous Soft FM experience.
• Literacy, numeracy, and IT skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of the Soft FM service including cleaning and catering.
• Ensure effective communication with customers and colleagues.
• Participate in training and development as required.
