Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in catering environment is desirable.
• Be reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure.
• Demonstrate a high standard of personal cleanliness and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food for pupils and serve with correct portions.
• Ensure food safety, including special diets for pupils.
• General kitchen duties: washing up, cleaning floors and equipment.
• Prepare serving and dining areas and maintain presentation standards.
• Launder kitchen towels and clothing; clean dining furniture.
• Follow health and safety regulations and communicate effectively.
