Job summary

Berkeley Scott are recruiting temporary catering assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Portsmouth and surrounding areas. These part‑time, term‑time shifts are daytime only, paid £12.71–13.45 per hour plus holiday pay, with weekly pay.

Applicants must be reliable, hardworking and hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to obtain one). Previous catering or hospitality experience is preferable but not essential – full training will be provided.

• Previous catering or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).
• Experience in school or contract catering (desirable).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
