eTeach UK Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join our busy administration team. You will work closely with the Finance Manager, processing supplier invoices, raising purchase orders, and resolving payment queries while overseeing online school payment systems.

You will maintain accurate digital financial records, support month-end procedures and bank reconciliations, and handle routine finance queries from staff, parents and auditors.

Qualificações

• Good literacy and numeracy skills, including GCSE Maths and English (Grades 4-9 / A*-C) or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices, raise purchase orders, and resolve payment queries.
• Oversee online school payment systems for trips, lunches, and activities.
• Maintain accurate digital financial records and update school management systems (e.g., SIMS, Excel).
• Assist with month-end procedures, bank reconciliations, and monitoring petty cash.
• Deal with routine finance queries from staff, parents, and external auditors in a professional manner.
• Provide administrative support to the main office as required.
