Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a General Catering Assistant at Ridgeway School and Sixth Form, Wroughton, Swindon to help with food preparation, to serve meals, wash up and clear down. This term-time role is 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11:15-14:30, with 38 weeks per year.

You will set up the servery, serve meals to pupils and staff, follow Health and Safety standards, keep areas clean, provide friendly service and help uphold Caterlink’s brand and values.

Responsibilities

• Set up the servery and dining hall
• Serve the meals to the pupils, teachers and visitors
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
• Representing Caterlink and maintaining a positive brand image
