Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Catering Assistant at Walton Primary Academy, Wakefield, to perform a variety of food production tasks and delivery of school meals. The role is term-time only with no weekend work and 17.5 hours per week, reflecting flexibility for school-based hours.

The successful candidate will assist in food prep, uphold safety standards, keep areas clean and provide welcoming service to pupils and staff, while representing Caterlink and supporting the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in school catering or similar food service is preferred.
• Ability to work term-time and flexible hours.

• Keep kitchen, counter and restaurant areas clean and tidy.
