Job summary

Caterlink Ltd is hiring a Catering Assistant at West End Academy, Hemsworth, Pontefract to perform a variety of food production tasks along with food service in our schools. This role is term-time only with no weekend work and offers flexible hours.

Working 17.5 hours per week at 12.71 per hour, you will assist in meal preparation, follow health and safety standards, keep areas clean, and provide friendly, hygienic service to pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Term-time only role with 38 weeks per year.
• Part-time hours: 17.5 per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
• Comply with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.
• Keep kitchen, counter and restaurant areas clean and tidy.
• Provide friendly, efficient and hygienic service to customers.
• Represent Caterlink and maintain a positive brand image.
