Caterlink is hiring a Catering Assistant at Portchester School, Fareham to perform a variety of food production tasks and food service within our school environment.

This term-time only role offers 28 hours per week at 12.71 per hour across 38 weeks per year, with no weekends. You will help prepare meals, keep areas clean and hygienic, and deliver friendly service while upholding Caterlink’s safety standards and brand.

Qualifications

• Term-time only role with no weekends.
• Experience in food production or catering environment preferred.
• Ability to provide friendly, hygienic customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of food and snacks.
• Comply with health and safety and food safety standards and procedures.
• Keep kitchen, counter and restaurant areas clean and tidy.
• Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to customers.
