Job summary

Highgate School is seeking a suitably experienced Netball Coach to join the Sport & Exercise Department. The role involves coaching and supervising pupils across Pre-Prep, Junior and Senior Schools in Netball, for the Michaelmas and Lent terms.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a progressive Netball programme, support curricular and extra-curricular activity, and participate in midweek and weekend fixtures and tours.

Qualifications

• Essential Level 2 Netball coaching qualification and experience.
• Proven track record in coaching netball with youth teams.
• Experience working with young people aged 11–18.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coach and deliver netball lessons across Pre-Prep to Senior Schools.
• Develop coaching plans and schemes to support a Progressive Netball programme.
• Prepare squads, manage fixtures and communicate results to staff and parents.
• Participate in midweek and weekend fixtures, trainings, tournaments and tours.
