Job summary

Queensmead School is seeking Learning Support Assistants to join the Inclusion Department. The role is on a fixed term through 16 July 2027, working Monday to Friday from 8.55am to 2.55pm (26.67 hours per week during term time).

Qualifications

• Support students aged 11-18 with learning difficulties.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility and teamwork.
• Term-time only role with fixed end date and 26.67 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support students in lessons and supervised activities.
• Work with staff to adapt learning materials to individual needs.
• Attend paid break duties if required and extend hours to increase pay.
