Job summary

Early Years Alliance is recruiting an Early Years Educator for Discovery Pre-school in Peterborough. The role is term-time only, 33 hours per week across 39 weeks, with a focus on providing high-quality inclusive early years education.

The role includes extensive training, access to our LMS, and career progression opportunities within the Alliance. The staff benefits reflect the charity’s commitment to supporting families and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 or above Early Years Education and Care qualification or equivalent.
• Proven post-qualification experience of working with children.
• DBS check required, enhanced (update service) if not subscribed.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative and engaging learning opportunities for children.
• Be a proactive team member, providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
• Support the nursery management team to deliver high-quality care and education in line with policies and procedures.
