Job summary

Landau Forte College Derby seeks a catering assistant to join our supportive site team and help prepare spaces for learning. The role runs Monday to Friday during term time, 9.15am to 2.30pm, with a meal allowance and additional benefits.

The successful candidate will manage their time well, be friendly, and assist in cleaning duties while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Derby location within an ambitious academy trust is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Excellent at managing their own time and priorities.
• Personable with a friendly disposition.
• Willing to lend a hand, but ensure the job is done well.
• Trained or experienced in cleaning roles.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of equipment and facilities.
• Clearing and setting up spaces for learning.
• Promoting safe use of facilities and monitoring safety equipment.
• Any other duties as directed by the Site Manager.
