Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• Ability to demonstrate understanding and use of spoken English.
• Ability to demonstrate written English and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Work well in a team providing catering services to pupils and teachers.
• Produce food using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch.
• Ensure food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Follow Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies.
