South Lanarkshire Council at Cathkin High School in Cambuslang, G72 8ES, is seeking a Facilities Assistant (Catering) to prepare meals within recipe guidelines and maintain hygiene across storage, preparation, cooking and service of food in a temporary, term-time role.

The post involves 25 hours per week with pattern: Mon-Tue 9.30am-3pm and Wed-Fri 8:45am-2:15pm, at an hourly rate of £13.80. Applicants will be required to complete recruitment checks and PVG scheme requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals within recipe guidelines.
• Undertaking hygiene work for storage, preparation, cooking and service of food.
• Cleaning food production areas, equipment and utensils.
