Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Tennis Coach to join our friendly team, delivering coaching sessions across our Worcester contract. You should hold the Level 4 Tennis Coaching Qualification and possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels.

The role is based at the nearest Freedom Leisure Centre, with possible travel to other local sites. We provide full training and strong prospects for career progression.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 4 Tennis Coaching Qualification.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to deliver coaching sessions to children and adults.
• Commitment to safety and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Coach tennis sessions for children and/or adults according to qualification and experience.
• Assist in supervising customers to ensure safety and discipline.
• Provide an excellent level of customer service at all times.
• Address and manage customer comments professionally and courteously.
