Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Northolt is seeking a Junior Tennis Professional to join our premium health and wellness team. You will help run activities, leagues, ladders and partner schemes while delivering engaging coaching sessions.

We value health-focused, communicative team players who are self-starters and eager to develop professionally through internal training and career advancement opportunities. Our clubs offer top-tier facilities and year-round coaching to provide the finest member experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 LTA qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering great member experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities, teams, box leagues, ladders and partner schemes.
• Promote competitions, leagues and events internally.
• Create a fun, learning environment for members.
• Support delivery of coaching sessions and club programming.
