Oxygen House (Exeter) with Hybrid Working

Starting salary £26,000 per annum plus generous company benefits.

Permanent full-time (40 hrs/week) position. Responsibilities include ATP & WTA calendar compliance, with contracted hours over bank holidays, overnight shifts, and often one weekend day per week.

Responsibilities

Our tennis analysts create bespoke tennis data using in‑house software that feeds directly to our research team. This involves watching tennis matches, collecting, inputting, and quality‑assuring data.

Job Requirements

Full on‑the‑job training is provided; we are not looking for specific prior work experience or a minimum educational requirement. You must be a tennis enthusiast and, in addition:

  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Be self‑motivated
  • Have strong IT skills
  • Commit to work unsociable hours – this includes contracted hours over bank holidays, overnight shifts, and usual weekend duties
