This role involves assisting in the bid process for a major framework project with Northumbrian Water. Qualifications

• Full valid driving license is a prerequisite.
• Ability to assist in bid processes from PQQ to tender submission.
• Experience with detailed analytical tenders and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in bid process from PQQ to tender submission.
• Support with analytical tenders and estimates from first principles.
• Prepare comprehensive briefing packs for project teams.

Skills

Knowledge of the ‘NEC Suite of Contracts’

Experience of PQQ’s and tendering bids

Commercially aware and highly numerate

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Ability to communicate complicated issues to senior management

Experience of producing high value tender submissions

Technical background in Civil Engineering
