Job summary

Gold Group in Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced Tender Planner to join a high-calibre pre-construction team. You will develop robust, deliverable tender programmes for major infrastructure bids, collaborating with estimating, bid management and operations to shape winning construction approaches.

The role requires proven UK main contracting experience, strong Primavera P6 skills and a solid understanding of NEC contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a UK main contracting environment and planning major infrastructure projects.
• Ability to develop detailed tender programmes using Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and construction methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed tender programmes using Primavera P6.
• Produce competitive and achievable programmes for major infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with estimators, bid managers and operations to define construction strategies.
• Review tender docs to identify programme constraints and milestones.
• Develop sequencing, phasing and delivery plans for tenders.
• Support tender reviews and client interviews as needed.
