Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking a commercially minded Tender Manager in the Kettering area with hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on pricing competitive tenders and delivering successful outcomes for major opportunities ranging from £250,000 to £13m.

Responsibilities include leading Go/No Go decisions, coordinating with procurement and category teams, and managing tenders end-to-end while building strong supplier relationships.

This is a high-profile role sitting at the heart of the commercial function, acting as the link between Sales and Procurement to ensure major tender opportunities are priced competitively and delivered successfully.

Working on opportunities ranging from £250,000 to £13m, you'll play a key role in securing new business with major national accounts.

The Role
