About the Role

The Tendering/Estimating Engineer will develop designs and planning for tender and quotation stages of ICP projects. Key tasks include liaising with clients, DNOs, and iDNOs, ensuring compliance with legal and design standards, and supporting design approval processes. Produce compliant designs based on customer and DNO requirements.

  • Understand and apply DNO G81 and ENA ER standards
  • Manage project details in the Business Management System
  • Provide accurate cost estimates for proposals
  • Manage project timelines and customer expectations
  • Promote Health, Safety, and Quality at all times
  • Ensure legal compliance and risk assessments are completed
  • Stay current on legislation and Rock Power policies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in teams
  • Excellent communication skills for client liaison
  • Ability to travel across the UK as needed
