Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Sheffield is seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to support residential works. You will deliver clear communications to customers and residents and coordinate access to works, ensuring schedules are met.

  • Deliver clear and effective communications to customers and residents about the nature and scope of works.
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing enquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
  • Coordinate access arrangements to ensure works are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
  • Resolve access-related or resident issues promptly, escalating where necessary to ensure timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, access arrangements, and issue resolutions for project documentation.

Job description

Tenant Liaison Officer required to work in Sheffield.

Ideally, you will be an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer with a background working in either construction or worked in a similar position previously. As well as having a strong knowledge of internal and external programmes, you will be a strong communicator with excellent customer service and good IT skills.

Job Role Includes:

Essential:

Driving Licence, own transport, previous experience/similar job role

  • £14-15 inclusive of holiday pay PAYE OR £17 Per Hour Umbrella
  • Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm
