PA Housing is seeking an experienced Tenancy Fraud Officer to join our team in protecting homes and supporting residents. You will investigate tenancy fraud, recover properties, gather evidence, interview tenants and prepare witness statements for legal proceedings.

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Tenancy Fraud Officer to join our team and play a vital role in protecting our homes and supporting our residents. Working closely with colleagues, partner agencies and legal services, you'll investigate tenancy fraud, recover properties and help ensure our homes are occupied by those who are genuinely entitled to them.

This role requires of the successful candidate to complete a standard/enhanced DBS check. A standard/enhanced DBS check will show any spent and unspent convictions.
So why do we need to know this information? This role will be required to visit / support PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis. Therefore we have a duty to our residents to ensure that we have taken precautions regarding who will be visiting them and representing PA Housing.
