A housing association in Redhill is seeking a Tenancy Enforcement Manager to lead a high-performance team focused on delivering customer-oriented tenancy enforcement services. The role involves managing complex cases, addressing anti-social behavior, and collaborating with other agencies. Candidates should have proven experience with housing law, civil court processes, and strong conflict resolution skills. This position offers a competitive salary and a hybrid working arrangement.
Full time – 36 hours per week
Hybrid working - expected office days, 2 per week

The overall purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of an efficient, high performance, customer-focused Tenancy Enforcement service that robustly but empathetically manages complex and escalated cases triaged from the Housing team.
