Tech Search Solutions is seeking an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator to join the HS2 programme in the Aylesbury area. You’ll coordinate temporary works across the project, ensuring everything is properly designed, checked, approved and delivered safely on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as Temporary Works Coordinator on civil projects.
• Strong background in heavy civils, infrastructure or major construction.
• Good understanding of temporary works design, checking and approval procedures.
• Relevant Temporary Works Coordinator training.
• Engineering background advantageous.
• Organised, practical and confident dealing with site teams.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate temporary works activities across the project.
• Maintain Temporary Works Registers and manage associated risks.
• Liaise with designers, engineers, site teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate design briefs, approvals and temporary works inspections.
• Ensure compliance with BS 5975 and project procedures.
• Manage permit-to-load/unload processes and temporary works hold points.
• Work closely with the construction teams to keep works moving safely and efficiently.
