Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a dedicated Fabric Technician/Handyperson to maintain a building in the London area. You will support the Contract Manager and help deliver engineering excellence through operation, maintenance and repair of building fabric and systems.

Responsibilities include completing PPM and reactive tasks, updating electronic workflow systems, issuing site permits, inspecting work quality and maintaining records, with training provided for technical systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is essential.
• Temporary position may go permanent for the right candidate.
• Training will be provided for technical systems.

• Complete Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks.
• Operate building systems efficiently and accurately.
• Update electronic workflow systems and maintain compliant records.
• Issue site permits and review service provider worksheets.
• Inspect work quality and maintain high housekeeping standards across plant areas.
