A local primary school in Aberdare is seeking a Temporary Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to provide crucial support to the teaching team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about children's wellbeing and have strong relationships with students and staff. Responsibilities include supporting the Christian ethos of the school and ensuring all learners reach their potential. This position is for 30 hours per week during term time only.

Aberdare Town Church in Wales Primary School is looking for an inspiring and highly effective teaching assistant to support our existing team.
We are looking for an excellent practitioner to provide support in addressing barriers to learning, who has a passion for children’s wellbeing and strives to achieve the highest standards.
The successful candidate will be an ambitious, dedicated and caring staff member, able to develop strong working relationships with pupils, staff, governors, and parents.
They will contribute to the distinct Christian ethos of our school family and place the wellbeing of our children at the centre of their practice.
The successful candidate should have the ability to work across the Primary Phase, including Early Years and Progression Steps 1, 2 and 3.
