Qualifications

• Full driving license and ability to drive a Motability vehicle.
• Ability to assist with personal care and home upkeep.
• Experience in providing support, ideally in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Support Tobin during activities including swimming, woodland walks, and day trips.
• Monitor Tobin at night and assist with personal care.
• Provide leadership support as a senior support worker.

Do you enjoy being outdoors? Tobin is an explorer, he enjoys walking, swimming, and going for a drive in his car. Tobin is looking for someone to work alongside his team leader, ensuring he is at the centre of his day.

Essential for this role:

• Full driving license and ability to drive a Motability vehicle
• Flexibility to work a mixture of shifts including long day sleepovers

Tobin is a great young man with a dedicated team. He lives in his own home and enjoys outdoor activities, drives, and exploring new places.

Support involves accompanying Tobin during activities like swimming, woodland walks, day trips to national trusts, aquariums, or the seaside. Tobin has epilepsy and sleeps well, but staff will need to monitor him at night.

The role requires assisting with personal care and home upkeep, with always two staff members present. As a senior support worker, your responsibilities include shift coverage and supporting the team leader in leadership duties.
