Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Banking, Payment & Reconciliation Oversight team in Jersey for a 12-month fixed term contract. As an Administrator, you will provide effective administrative support to the Banking, Payment & Reconciliation team, business lines and Malaysian Operations. You will be instrumental in actively monitoring the services delivered by the Malaysian team, assisting with the collection of key performance/risk indicator data across outsourced activities, and supporting the development of change requests or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The role offers the flexibility to work up to one day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements, while maintaining a strong presence in the office. This position is well-suited for an individual keen to grow in a high-volume business environment.
