B&M Retail Limited in Churchill is hiring a confident and professional Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and store environments while delivering a welcoming customer experience this Christmas. This full‑time, permanent role offers daytime, evening and weekend shifts and the opportunity to be a valued member of the store team during a busy festive period.

You will actively monitor the store, operate CCTV, report incidents, support Health & Safety procedures and conduct

In this role, you’ll be trusted with responsibility and play a vital role in safeguarding the store. Working closely with the Store Management Team, you’ll help prevent loss, manage risk and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.

This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility to work across daytime, evening and weekend shifts - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being an integral part of the store team over the Christmas period.

What you’ll be doing

• Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent and report incidents

• Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures
