Job summary

B&M Retail in Enniskillen is recruiting Temporary Customer Service Assistants to support our busy Christmas period. This part-time role requires 12 hours per week with flexibility to work in the evenings and at weekends.

We value personality and a proactive can-do attitude. Experience in retail or customer service is a bonus but not essential; you will be joining a friendly team and could move into a permanent role in the future.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment or customer service is a bonus, but not essential.
• A can-do, proactive approach and a willingness to help others.
• Be a great team player and support colleagues during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions on the shop floor.
• Support with till operation and processing transactions.
