My client, a well-regarded school in Richmond, is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to join their team on a temporary, week-to-week basis, starting tomorrow. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school's front office.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students, providing a warm welcome and delivering outstanding customer service at all times. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, handling enquiries, maintaining reception records, and supporting a range of general administrative tasks.

Key Requirements
  • Previous receptionist or front‑of‑house experience, ideally within a school or educational environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and experienced in using iSAMS or similar school management systems
  • Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (required prior to appointment)

Location: Richmond

Pay Rate: £16 per hour
