Boundary Outlet in Grantham is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant for 3 months to greet customers, assist with enquiries and help across Fashion, Tills and the Warehouse.

The role requires a friendly attitude, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with shifts including weekends and bank holidays.

• Experience in customer-facing retail roles is desirable.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As the face of Boundary Outlet, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience. This is a varied and exciting role that will involve working across different departments, including Fashion, Tills and the Warehouse, supporting the wider team wherever needed. We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.
