What You'll Do:

• Greeting customers with a warm smile and a friendly demeanour 😊
• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
• Making hot drinks for visitors
• Handling customer inquiries and providing information required
• Assisting with administrative tasks to support the team
• Keeping the reception area tidy and professional

Who You Are:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus!)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and a team player spirit 💪
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
