We’re currently seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Receptionist to join our client’s busy front‑of‑house team in Eturia. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a welcoming and organised environment.

Key Duties for this Receptionist role:
  • Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answering and directing telephone calls and handling general enquiries
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Maintaining the reception and front‑of‑house area to a high standard
  • General administrative support, including filing, archiving, and data entry
  • Assisting with basic office coordination and supplies
Skills & Experience Required for this Receptionist role:
  • Previous reception or front‑of‑house experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
