Job Description
Duties of the Temporary Personal Assistant include:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in organising events, meetings, and conferences as required.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and procurement.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries and correspondence.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Temporary Personal Assistant should have:
