Job summary

Chapelle, Cotswolds Designer Outlet is seeking a temporary Part Time Sales Advisor (25.5hrs) to cover maternity. Applicants must be fully flexible Mon-Sun, including weekday evenings and weekend shifts, to maintain service levels across the store.

You will handle sales and customer service, assist with display and stock, cash handling and light admin, with opportunities to learn jewellery and watches. Previous retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Face to face communication and customer-focused skills.
• Desire to achieve targets and work in a busy jewellery retail environment.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sales and customer service duties.
• Display work and stock control.
• Cash handling and basic admin tasks.
• Repairs (basic jewellery and watches).
• Other duties as required.

We have extensive experience in Jewellery retailing and manufacture and pride ourselves on achieving high standards of presentation at all our shops.

The shop specialises in the sale of our own range of gold and silver jewellery and end of season lines from our retail shops and major manufacturers. A significant part of our business is in branded watches from major Uk and European manufacturers who licence us to sell their end of lines or old season models.

All team members work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Our policy is to share the unsocial evening and weekend work hours amongst all members of the team - thereby sharing the more onerous hours.
