Job summary

BP Retail in Glasgow is seeking a Fixed Term Nights Customer Service Assistant (6 week initial duration). You will join a busy bp team, delivering friendly service to customers and supporting daily store operations.

You will handle till duties, prepare beverages and food from Wild Bean Café, manage stock deliveries, promotions, loyalties, and maintain cleanliness and safety for staff and customers during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• On-the-job training provided and no prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of customers and colleagues in line with bp policies.
• Serve customers and operate the till.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items from Wild Bean Café.
• Stock management – take deliveries, replenish stock and rotate inventory.
• Support bp offers, promotions and the bp loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt.
