  • Monitor office supplies and place orders.
  • Occasionally assist with chaperoning patient appointments.

Temporary Medical Receptionist Administrator

Pay:

£14.00 p/h

Duration:

Hours:

Monday - Friday - 09:00 - 17:00

Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction
  • Greet patients with a warm smile, both in person and over the phone.
  • Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings with a friendly demeanor.
Administrative Support
  • Manage the voicemail inbox and promptly address messages.
  • Assist with managing the clinic's inbox.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date clinic lists for each consultant.
Referral Management
  • Process incoming referrals efficiently.
  • Prepare and send patient reports and letters while maintaining confidentiality.
Financial Transactions
  • Handle payments from patients for appointments as needed.
Office Management
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Occasionally assist with chaperoning patient appointments.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
