Manpower is seeking a Temporary Marketing Manager on behalf of a prestigious client based in Oxford. This role offers the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. Our client is a leading day and boarding school for students aged 11 to 18. Spread across three sites in Oxford—the Senior School, International School, and Sixth Form—the school is committed to providing a progressive education that nurtures both personal and academic growth. You will be joining their expanding team to provide vital support within the marketing department.

Role Details
  • Hourly rate: £15.38
  • Temporary position with potential to become permanent
  • Flexible start and finish times during office hours
  • Full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, located in Oxford (OX2)
  • No on-site parking available; however, off-street parking is nearby
  • Work closely with the Marketing Executive and Director of Admissions and Marketing
Key Responsibilities
  • Writing and editing copy with precision
  • Designing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Creating digital and print advertisements and developing advertising plans
  • Managing content on WordPress and analysing data via Google Analytics
  • Managing Mailchimp email marketing campaigns
  • Supporting paid media and SEO strategies (desirable)
  • Handling public relations activities
  • Editing video content
  • Bringing experience from the UK independent school sector (preferred)
  • Demonstrating excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Collaborating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from students to senior management
  • Maintaining outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adapting with flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where priorities may shift due to recruitment patterns
