This is a vibrant and varied role supporting someone who enjoys a wide range of activities and aims to take part in them regularly. A proactive approach is valued, as you will help identify and organise opportunities that broaden enjoyment and independence.

Alongside leisure activities, the person you’ll support is actively involved in meaningful work and advocacy. They are a Trustee for a national charity within the Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) community and also contribute to university teaching sessions with Speech and Language Therapy students.
