A leading law firm in the City of London is seeking a Temporary Legal PA to coordinate travel arrangements and manage logistics for conferences. Ideal candidates will have experience in professional services, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. This position requires strong organizational skills and adaptability, with the expectation to work in the office three days a week.

Ryder Reid are looking for a Temporary Legal PA to join one of our leading law firm clients to start ASAP. This is a great opportunity for a candidate immediately available to join a top Law Firm.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements for a large-scale conference, including flights and hotel bookings
  • Liaise with a global travel provider to ensure seamless logistics
  • Maintain and update an accurate schedule of attendee movements
  • Ensure the smooth running of the conference through proactive planning
  • Provide general support with facilities administration and related tasks
Candidate requirements
  • Experienced career PA, ideally with a background in professional services or corporate environments
  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel, including managing and updating master spreadsheets
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to short-term assignments
  • Availability to work in the office three days per week
